We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your wall art must be in the same condition that you received it—undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approval & Instructions: If accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without requesting a return first.

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong print. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email so we can evaluate and resolve the issue right away.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new piece.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval, please contact us at jiucephdecorfb@163.com.
